I have had a life-long love of writing which meant I wrote freelance as well as raising a family, which also included hosting a local weekly radio show for six years. The show was an outlet for my adventurous and humorous side of writing and speaking. As a veteran homeschooler, I spoke at state and local homeschooling conferences. I’ve taught high school writing classes where I taught my students that combining their passion for life with writing could turn an assignment into a lifelong adventure!

My Thriller series begins with Deadly Pursuer, Book One in Katie Parson Investigations. Deadly Pursuer was a semi-finalist in the 2019 American Christian Fiction Genesis Contest, Thriller-Mystery-Suspense category.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband Mike, and our Australian Shepherd, Buck. We are blessed with four children and five grandchildren. Spending time with family or enjoying adventuring in the Northwest are my favorite activities. The Zucchini Chronicles, a writing sideline, is a testimony to my ability to grow far more zucchini than I can deposit on the unwilling porches of my friends!

I find that my family and friends cherish their faith, which is represented in a beloved verse.

I John 5:11, “And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.” NKJV
